Hani Demetrious has been practicing criminal law since 2005. He began his career as a prosecutor in Monroe County, Florida. Hani soon realized his heart was defense-oriented and spent years working as a public defender and for the office of regional conflict counsel. He joined the Law Offices of Robert David Malove in 2022.
Hani is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law. He is lead counsel on all postconviction and appeal cases. His efforts in postconviction litigation have saved our clients many years.
