Case Dismissed and Warrant Recalled
Our client lived full time on his boat, and was making a trip from the west coast of Florida to Massachusetts. As he was passing through the Florida Keys, a sudden and unexpected storm hit, severely damaging his boat and home. Our client’s boat ended up beached on a resort property in Monroe County.
