Tony Burns,

Director of Marketing

Tony Burns serves as Director of Marketing for the Law Offices of Robert David Malove, where he oversees the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, community outreach, client experience initiatives, and continued growth throughout Florida.

Tony brings more than 20 years of leadership, management, marketing, and operational experience to the firm. Prior to entering the legal industry, he built a successful career in the gaming and hospitality industry, holding senior leadership positions with some of the most recognized organizations in poker and casino entertainment.

During his career, Tony spent seven years with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, including serving in leadership roles at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. He later served as Executive Manager of the Moneymaker Tour, working alongside World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Chris Moneymaker and helping oversee events, partnerships, marketing initiatives, and operations across the country.

Throughout his career, Tony has developed a reputation for building relationships, creating memorable customer experiences, developing brands, and bringing people and organizations together. He now applies that experience to helping the Law Offices of Robert David Malove expand its reach while ensuring that current and prospective clients understand the firm’s commitment to providing experienced, aggressive, and compassionate legal representation.

Tony earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.

Outside of the office, Tony remains active in the poker community and is passionate about his Christian faith, mental health and suicide prevention advocacy, and giving back to the South Florida community. Most importantly, he is the proud father of two daughters and considers being their dad his greatest role.
