Vadim Duarte is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with a background shaped by discipline, service, and a strong commitment to protecting the rights of the accused. Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Duarte proudly served in the United States Army as a 19D Cavalry Scout for four years, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq, in 2010.
Following his military service, Mr. Duarte earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
Mr. Duarte focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense. He has experience representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters, including traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and serious felony charges. Having worked in high volume criminal defense firms, he understands the urgency, pressure, and personal consequences that clients face when charged with a crime.
