Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Duarte proudly served in the United States Army as a 19D Cavalry Scout for four years, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq, in 2010.
Following his military service, Mr. Duarte earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
Mr. Duarte focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense.
