Felony Domestic Aggravated Battery and Resisting an Officer Charges Dismissed
The client was arrested in the middle of the night for felony domestic violence aggravated battery and resisting an officer charges after the police were called to his home by neighbors who heard loud voices and screaming. After several conversations with the Assistant State Attorney, they agreed to look into the case based upon our findings.
