New Orleans (March 22) – Fort Lauderdale Board Certified Criminal Trial Law Expert and Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense, Robert Malove, participated in a panel discussion regarding breath testing at Mastering Scientific Evidence Seminar in New Orleans this past week.
The 20th Annual Mastering Scientific Evidence Seminar was co-sponsored by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National College for DUI Defense. Robert Malove is a Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense which was started in 1995. The seminar was attended by 300 lawyers from all over the United States. Mr. Malove spoke about three issues pertaining the Intoxilyzer currently being litigated in Florida courts: access to the Intoxilyzer source code, malfunction issues with the Intoxilyzer flow sensor and unapproved modifications to the Intoxilyzer purge valve. Other panelists included Ohio attorney Timothy Huey and DUI consultant Jay Zager. The panel was moderated by nationally renown DUI defense lawyer and Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense, Victor Carmody of Mississippi.
