In June, Karen Kallen-Zury, 60, the former CEO of Hollywood Pavilion psychiatric facility was convicted for her role in participating in a $67 million conspiracy to commit medicare fraud.  Kallen-Zury asked that she be sentenced to house arrest in her waterfront mansion. Instead, she was sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to repay $40 millionHollywood Pavilion’s former clinical director, Daisy Miller, was given a 15-year sentence, and therapist/administrator Christian Coloma, 12 years.
