After seeing people make a lot of money in the Durable Medical Equipment business, I decided to give it a try.  I completed my application to obtain a Medicare provider number and soon after that I was up and running.  I was happy to be my own boss.  I started to do some marketing to get customers, but I just wasn’t making it.  I needed the money, so I bent the rules.

One day federal agents from the FBI and Department of Health and Human Services paid me a visit.  They wanted to review some of my patient files.  The problem was that I didn’t have any.  I had been submitting false claims to Medicare for reimbursement.

I needed help!  I came across Robert Malove’s Health Care Fraud blog on the internet and even though I was a little skeptical if I was doing the right thing, I decided to give Robert Malove a call.  Boy am I glad I did!

Mr. Malove immediately took control of the situation and I breathed a sigh of relief.  Mr. Malove assessed my case and skillfully negotiated a plea bargain that reduced the time that I was facing behind bars to a fraction of what I was originally facing.  He met with me and my family and answered all of our questions.  When we got to court, Malove argued the subtle nuances of the sentencing guidelines and was able to persuade the judge to grant concessions to me that shaved even more time off of my sentence.

Nobody ever thinks that if they are doing something that is against the law that anyone will find out.  I was one of those people.  But I got caught.  The best thing about being arrested, if there can be a best thing about getting arrested and charged with Medicare fraud, was my decision to hire Robert Malove to represent me.  Robert Malove has earned my deepest appreciation and my most sincere gratitude.  To this day, if I have a question, I know that Robert will take my call and help me.

If you are considering hiring Robert Malove to represent you, take it from me, it will be the best decision you can make. You won’t be sorry.
