Last year I was arrested for DUI, my second DUI arrest within 5 years. I had used terrible judgment by driving under the influence and was facing a lengthy jail sentence.  My case scenario was bad. I made a big mistake and needed expert legal advice. I didn’t know who to call.  I was scared. I needed the best.

My girlfriend knew a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami who recommended that I call Robert Malove. I called Mr. Malove who met with me the same day. He explained the entire process to me and patiently answered my questions and put my mind at ease.

Robert investigated and researched my situation thoroughly. He kept me informed of what was going on with my case through phone calls and emails.  He filed a Motion to Suppress Evidence that, to be honest, I thought had little chance of winning. But to my surprise and disbelief, on the day of trial, the prosecutors agreed with Mr. Malove and my case was dismissed!

That was a couple of weeks ago and I am still in shock.  It is such an amazing feeling to fight hard for your freedom and win!

If you are reading this, then you are probably in a lot of trouble.  I cannot say enough great things about Robert Malove.  He truly is an expert at what he does. I shudder to think where I’d be if that prosecutor had not told my girlfriend to call Attorney Robert Malove.
